Szechuan Hotpots in chengdu and Chongqing - Lulu

Hello guys its me ZIYI !!!!!!

I'm going to be giving a post on my favourite food.... HOTPOT !!!!!
So this is what a hotpot looks like ↓↓↓↓

So that is a hotpot.
When you buy hotpot , several side dishes of tofu,vegetables,meat and etc will come with the hotpot.
(Of course it depends on which hopot you order)
So in Chongqing , they like to eat a very spicy hotpot.
Normally in hotpot there is a lot of dried chilis and Szechuan peppercorn.

Szechuan peppercorn is more spicier than the normal peppercorn.
Here is another example of hotpot full of a lot of dried chilis. ↓↓↓

So....... as you can see this hotpot looks like its full of chilis only.
Now I will explain more about hotpot and recipes later.....
